Verano Fund Investment Overview

The Verano Fund I, LLC. (the “Fund”), a Delaware limited partnership is actively seeking to raise USD 30 million in limited partnership securities to support its targeted acquisition of hotels and related business ventures in the United States and Puerto Rico (collectively, “Assets”). Organized for the strategic acquisition, management, and disposition of these Assets, the Fund offers investors the potential for significant returns through selective investments in high-value properties.

Managed by the experienced team at Verano Equity Partners, LLC. (the “General Partner” or “GP”), the Fund’s primary strategy focuses on acquiring distressed Assets that are undervalued at discount prices, enhancing their value under new management, and holding these Investments throughout the Fund's duration. While there is no established secondary market for these securities and their transfer is restricted, the Fund is designed to generate both short- and long-term gains along with potential income streams from these investments.

To date, the Fund has not commenced direct investment operations. However, the General Partner and members of the Investment Committee have longstanding experience with similar assets and ventures. With funding in place, the Fund aims to implement its investment strategy, leveraging this expertise to create value in the hospitality sector and deliver competitive returns to its investors.
